TIA, split lines on letters

TIA, thought it came with Windows but not so lucky.

A script graffiti type of font.

note the serifs on the square ends of the letters and the square O's. We don't have it in our embroidery font library nor do I have anything real close to it. It is thinner than an athletic font.

TIA on the ID. What would I include in my search for a font like this? What keywords would I use?

TIA, looks kind of western or old school.

CALTRANS signs for the carpool or HOV lanes. There are 6 of them all in a row, 3 east bound and 3 west bound on I-10 in Pomona CA. All the others before and after them are ok. What might be causing this? These are not that old.

Saw a school bus today on the road. The lettering was 'Pupil Transportation Cooperative'. I guess they got paid by the letter for that one.
