My favorite is, during the install the customer keeps saying how great it looks and it's just what/where they wanted, looks perfect, good job, thanks for everything. Then as soon as the installers walk out the door the customer is on the phone complaining that it's in the wrong spot, too...

I have a colorpainter M-64s and love it. Going on 2 years no issues, easy to maintain, great print quality and speed. Planning on adding another one to our shop soon.

We have a 3 day turn from time of approval. Installs are scheduled at approval and are first come first serve. We are out 5-7 days on install.

My favorite is the customer who needs it now, and as soon as it's approved and we hit the print button they call back with changes. When you tell them it's already being produced they get mad that you got it done so fast.
