here is the skinny about using an iron...yes it will work, but would i trust it to stick permanently...no. There are three key ingredients to a successful heat transfer, time, temperature and pressure. It is very tough to get all those accurate at one time with out a heat press.

try a different offset...default is .250. perform a test cut, if the square is rounded, your offset is too low...if there are horns on the corners it is too high

i would start by replacing your cap top. I just had a customer call me a few days ago having the same issue. He replaced the cap and all is well. It still could be as artbot said...lines to pump, clog, etc. Worst case scenario it is a head or a blown fuse on the main board.

yeah i'm going to say definitely dye migration...a very common problem with polyester. Sub block is a print cut material to block dye migration.

I would suggest trying GMI wall graphic vinyl. By far, in all repositionable wall vinyl, it has had the best results. As long as there is a bleed, it will not curl and will stay. I can provide samples as well. If you are looking to print without a bleed, then you seriously need look into the...

could be the blade holder as well. Sometimes dirt and grime could build up over time inside and a little 3 in 1 oil or a quick spray of WD-40 does the trick.
