No, we have countless flags out. the poles here at the shop are about 4 years old and still work fine. Granted the flags have faded / torn but the hardware is still going strong. the only point we have had to address is the indent marks had to be increased because of the wind would cause the...
Does anyone know of a vendor / source that is having an ISA Special on hardware?
Specifically, we are in need of a dust free substrate cutter. The two that we have found is the Foster Steeeltrak or the Safety Speed. Is there another substrate cutter besides the ones listed?
We need the cutter...
get money in hand, then the next time he contacts do your normal rate x 2 and from that point on all projects are prepaid in FULL and any "service call" is your shop rate x 2
for these customers, we have a waiver they sign that states once said product is received they are responsible for all...
judging by the substrate listed, this is a nonilluminated sign?
might want to double check this as most of these sign types are backlit illuminated.
we have tried VHB tape, glues and pop rivets. The rivets work best for us here in TX
word of caution is to make sure you measure EVERYTHING and...
That is absurd.
.Hhopefully this is just a typo and not the things to come,
just for reference, I just checked the Grimco 18 x 24 MAX metal blanks it those cost more than the 040
Typically we get our substrate from N Glantz and their pricing is always better.

is there a supplier that sales blank cornholes ready for vinyl?
we have tried making them but the shop is too small and gets dust everywhen when cutting
too light and flimsy, if you go with the PVC 6mm or 12mm is better suited.
10mm corplast is another option
I would be more interested in staying with metal but improving the way it is attached to the post
The best way is like Correct Color suggested is to get your machines and medias profiled.
the "Quick Fix" is to print colors on the different medias used and use that for references.
We will be using the banner & grommet idea for an easy field kit reference starting point
this and there is also the banner tension system if the graphics are changed out often.
Will look better applying the graphics to a rigid substrate
If you are looking for a cheap installation option, don't bother with MDO. Go to Lowe's and get cheap framing plywood then mount the banner to that
the best option is to get the correct material.
Pre-finished MDO board or a synthetic substrate

Is it possible to update the Merchant Members page?
I have seen several posts with MM comments but then when you go to the Merchant Members tab they are not listed there
use a laminator if you have it.
a trick we found for the Big Squeegee is to fill a 54" core with small rocks, got ours from the dollar store since they were already clean, seal teh edges very good and then place that in the craddle area.
This ensures that even pressure is applied while pushing
