These banners weren't mesh and held up for a long time in a high wind area. Not sure what the banner weight was because i didn't make them, only installed them. But I would think at least 18oz.

Geez only 27? I feel like im falling apart at 33. and i dont have insurance so i cant even get checked out. But usually if something gets bad enough i'll go to the hospital, then never pay the bill.

I think this problem was just mentioned in another recent post. I believe you need a patch, or totally different software.

Youre right! it is in rip and print right under "copies". I dont know how i didnt see that :doh: It is also in production manager which i tried to use and didn't seem to work. but It seems to work perfectly in the rip and print screen. Thanks!

Auto flip every other panel. Does flexi have this option? I'm going to be wrapping a 28 foot buss soon and this would be nice to have. I have Flexi pro 10.5

Yea they were already up. I just wiped them down with a rag. The transfer tape that was on the vinyl pulled the rest of the dirt off.

Yea I wasnt 100% happy with it, but to the average person it looks perfect. There was a little bleed under, but not at all noticeable unless you were on top of it.

Load the banner perfectly straight. you cant make sure its straight by pre-feeding it out and watching the edge of the banner. And make sure there is some slack off the roll when printing so its not pulling on a heavy roll.

Sounds harsh. I use GrafxGone (citrus based remover). Or CrystalTec ultra remover, which i found to be to harsh and leaves marks on painted surfaces, and also smells like a diaper. Sometimes i use alcohol if i dont have a citrus based remover around.

Yea i'm pretty sure the 1440 is only uni directional. and when i said select driver options i was talking about in flexi. not sure if youre using flexi for printing. (just wanted to clear that up)

Conor, You didnt know when you were printing in bi or uni directional? You can hear the difference and see that it doesn't feed out after every pass when in uni directional. also if you select driver options button it will show you is it is uni or bi directional. To the OP, I believe somebody...
