the correct way is to get an i1 and create your own color profiles on each media that you use.
are you doing a solid grey or a gradient?

since this is your first time doing this, make sure all cost are figured. then add extra to be safe.
FYI you may want to place a catch net, nothing worse then watching a letter drop (in your case 30') hitting the ground and shattering...
Looking for a new supplier, needless to say there was staff change at the current place and the replacement has real issue will their people skills.

Sure a perfect word we would (and prefer) to create our own templates as it insures the best measurements and allows the inspection of flaws or damage.
As stated though this vehicle is NOT available to do so and we have to use a viable alternative to complete the project.

We have heard great things about the vinyl from a shop near us but the lamination was not getting the same rave reviews.
Yes, the USPS transit time has been lagging DRASTICALLY lately. I have been assuming it was the weather, guessing not though.
if the packages are going to a business address (not someone working out of their home) then FedEx is the cheapest even beating USPS on the heavier items.
