    You've got me there, I've never used a "versa" anything, printer or Rip, the only thing i can suggest is to closely compare the settings between the 3m and Oracal profiles. You've probably already done that, hopefully another Versacam user can give you some incite on print speeds for your machine.

    they have flexi 7.6 written in the user profile-i just remember that back in my days with flexi you had to choose witch color you wanted to cut in production manager-couldn't remember if you can highlight more than one color and cut. If the OP is still having problems i do have flexi 7.5 loaded...

    It's possible that the color of some of your letters are slightly different and flexi is not including them. haven't used flexi in longtime but believe you can only cut one color at a time. make sure all your letters preview in your cutting dialog(production manager?).

    If your black is not a nice deep black and that's what your going for chances are that profile is only using black ink. Try editing the file(better yet if you can replace the color in your rip do it there) to use a 4 color black. Start with this c-30% m-30% y-30% k-100%. This is a possible...
