  4. Cutting gatorfoam...

    We also apply vinyl then cut with jigsaw. Leave a line or edge to follow, then sand the edges. Have someone hold it down, vibrates a lot during cutting.

    I love my Daige QM 4. I don't use it with the laminate mounted on the rollers. I cut the laminate size I need and then apply it to the print. Also use it for coro and foam core mounting.

    Try Sihl DuraSOL. Medium (3608) is 13 mil and Heavy (3508) is 18 mil. That might work for you. I have not tried it yet, but it is in the sample book.

    I use Intelicoat too (photo-realistic paper for posters). Incredible color detail.
