So we are working this machine to death I think, but today the ARMS red light is on and none of the buttons are working. This machine is "frozen". Any tips? Not sure what to do with it. It won't size the material or anything. just done. Could use any thoughts...I'll try them all ;) thank you

You can buy extended warranty...or just put back some cash for fixes later. It is mechanical and will need repairs over time. FACT. SW support is open until 11pm...others until 5pm. And after the original warranty period, phone support from our vendor (not SW) is $120 per hour...OUCH...

I was just reading your thread about your printer...seems to be a pretty similar problem going on here. I've got a shadow effect on the palette. Mainly noticeable on the darker colors...primarily with black involved. Did you resolve your issue? What did you determine it to be?

nozzle check on the right is pretty typical...we get a few misses from time to time on the first set but then fine so I'm not too worried about that.
