    Just remove the white cables attached in the head. Check all the pins are straight and then re insert taking care for accurate position. Do a cleaning using syringe. Hope your problem will be solved.

    I suggest you to turn the head speed to 250. It will give good quality prints and will also allow the inks to dry by giving extra time on heater.
