    okay, tried powering up today. still same error message. switched off for an hour, tried again. still the same. open the control box on the bottom of the printer. took all connection off 1 by 1 and reseated. took out memory and put back in, put all back together and still same error message...

    I have just bought a mutoh rj-6100 printer. It was working fine, but now on start up displays error message - eo16 cpu error [35] i have looked at the manual online, it ut says flash rom checksum error. Can anyone help and explain this to me? Any solutions welcomed. Thanks in advance
