    Yes. I removed the printheads but no one have ink on it, I try to pull ink from the capping but nothing happens. Im going to replace the capping and check if thats the problem.

    Need some help with this, I replace the heads, after that no cyan at all, I replace the damper, new cartridge, pull ink thru the damper looks ok but in the nozzle check no cyan. Any idea?

    Cleaning I do multiple normal and powerful cleaning and nothing change.

    The printer prints black like green, now prints like burgundy, there are no presence of cyan in the impressions, the yellow becomes lime green, I think it was cross contamination I replace the dampers about a month ago, I do multiple cleanings and suck with a syringe thru the waste lines...
