No Cyan

Need some help with this, I replace the heads, after that no cyan at all, I replace the damper, new cartridge, pull ink thru the damper looks ok but in the nozzle check no cyan. Any idea?

Had the same issue last Friday, first no cyane then magenta. Need to put ink thru the pump with a syringe and run about 6-10 deep cleans. Are you sure you have ink in the cartidge. They have started to run dry with no indicaction on the display.
