  1. Need Help Network chip Roland VP540

Why does the board heating up fix the problem? is it because there is a loose connection and when it gets warm it expands and connects properly? Thanks in advance.
  2. Cut letters with pin mount file setup, help needed.

Thanks for the info guys I am actually doing it exactly the way GB2 suggested. I was just wondering if there was a way to do it by sending one profile. I use a precix controller and Vcarve pro 7.0 software.
  3. Cut letters with pin mount file setup, help needed.

Hi everyone I'm a cnc newb and I have a job that needs to be pin mounted, can someone tell me an efficient way to set up the file so the cnc cuts the letters and drills the holes for the pin mounts without going through the letters, its 1/4" plexi-glass. Thanks in advance.

No Problem. Man CRoWYoTE this sucks I hope you find a solution soon, cause I know how it feels when your machine isn't giving 100% and you are losing money. Just out of curiosity which software are you using, cause when I switch back from Flexi to Versaworks sometimes I forget to check the...

  7. Vertical Bands SP-540V

Sorry one more thing, I noticed when I was having the same problem I used only the 2 rollers at the ends none in the middle, this worked really good for a while until the fans got to weak.
  8. Vertical Bands SP-540V

Wow I can't believe it didn't work. Cause mine looked clean too and there was no debris in the holes either. I hope you used a really strong air compressor cause it can't be like a can of air. The 2 fans have a little opening facing the back it's only about 2.5 inches wide by about a 1...

  10. Vertical Bands SP-540V

CRoWYoTE Trust me man I had the exact same problem the images are coming out funny cause the material is wrinkling and the heads don't have room to spray the ink down, cause the vacuum fans aren't working at true capacity right now even if you have it at full power it is only working at 50...

  12. Vertical Bands SP-540V

I had the exact same problem. You have to go in the back and remove the plate where the media enters through the back six screws altogether 4 along the bottom 2 on the sides up near the top. Take an air compressor and blow out the fans, its going to get dusty you could probably hold a vacuum...

Its is the computer ribbon not the actual metal cable. I think the real name is "Flexible Tool Carriage Cable " Im not sure if I touched something and had static shock that killed a board. I just noticed that when the 002 error is showing and you press the down arrow it says sub cpu is...
