i had similar issue For my problem the pump and capping station was not sealing and drawing ink. could also be clogged nozzels, try a head soak, look for other postings on how to do this

can you see ink being discharged down the waste lines, It could be the pump or the capping station is not sealing to the heads or you are drawing air (o-rings ok). did you draw ink into the dampers durring replacement?

btw these test prints were printed over alignment prints, this is why you're seeing lines in some of the photos
