    Summa S class plotter is giving me error message and blade doesnt move up and down, any suggestions on cause, tech says coil or head, what do u guys think?

    i have cold laminator, how important is it to use matte or gloss laminate, will matte really change the look of my printied images or is hot laminations just the way to go, appreciate anyones opinion.
