I did notice laminate tension was a factor for tunneling. We see it on unlaminatined stick as well. I do tie down the feed roll. I'll check the feed speed. I didn't know that was an option. Thanks!!

We've had the S40 for about 5 years now. I would certainly buy another I highly recommend it. We use it for banners, posters and different types of adhesive vinyl.

Yes, we always start with a square lead edge.
