This will be a cut down version of Photoprint that only has drivers for the suppliers printer.
You can take these drivers and drop them into Flexisign.
This is what I have done with my Chinese printer..

The issue here is not the rip software drivers.........with this printer you do not send print files directly to the printer ( unless using Maintop rip).......you output as a .prt or .prn file, save to hard drive, then import into the Epson control software (sometimes this has an OEM name)...
I have one of these and it is an excellent printer.
The two companies above are actually the same company....just different website.
What rip are you using? The supplied Maintop or did you upgrade to the far superior Photoprint ( Flexisign).
The Epson control software supplied on disc with...
I have a Tjet 1.6m with DX7 head.
After getting it set up correctly with profiles etc. it has not missed a beat in 2 years.......just my experience.

Sorry to hear of your problems.
I do not have uv or flatbed experience but have some with Chinese equipment.
Start from the most basic things......test print? Head height? Head voltages correct?
Wil be interested to hear how this pans out.
John
Interesting stuff.
You do not have any drivers to allow printing direct to the Tjet unless you use Maintop Rip..... the epson printer control software that runs the Tjet is win xp only ( or Win 7 ultimate in XP compatability mode)..............
I decided to run mine from a laptop that is used...
I have had my Tjet 1671 for over a year now and I am very happy with it.
It is 1.6m single DX7 head.
I have imported a laser, sublimation kit etc from China before so knew there would be setup and teething issues mainly because I am not a printer engineer.
Yuki at Tec Industry handled the...
Parts/Ink can be sent from China in 4 days via DHL.....parts price lists are available.
I do my own repairs /servicing although the Tjet has only needed cleaning and a cap top so far.
No service manual was supplied.
I bought from Yuki at www.signequ.com
manuals/downloads are here...
Yes they now have and supply a good set of Flexi profiles.......,.the supplied software is the Chinese Maintop which comes with profiles........I used Flexi before and wanted to continue to.
Yes Photoprint has the colour profiler.....but you can just paste the Tjet drivers into any Flexi
And...
you will not be disappointed with it!..........I have had my Tjet for over a year now.
After getting it set up and getting a good set of profiles for Flexisign it has been a fantastic machine......even the ink is good and it is $20 a litre.
Photoprint is Flexisign RIP........it is an OEM...
use a site like alibaba.com where you can see how long a company has been selling there....not a guarantee but the more info you can gather about a business you are considering dealing with the better.
john
Photoprint is Flexisigns RIP............that was why I went for the Tjet so that I could continue to use Flexisign.
You need to buy the manufacturers oem version to get drivers for the printer.
John
I have run a Tjet 1671 single DX7 head Chinese printer (same as Bannerjet) alongside my Mimaki for over a year now.
I have imported sublimation equipment and a laser from China before so knew what to expect when dealing with China.
My only main issue was finding a good set of profiles to run...
My Chinese Tjet printer is the same......no automatic cleaning function.
It is imperative that the capping station seal is perfect or you will have head drying out issues.
