This will be a cut down version of Photoprint that only has drivers for the suppliers printer. You can take these drivers and drop them into Flexisign. This is what I have done with my Chinese printer.. Joh

The issue here is not the rip software drivers.........with this printer you do not send print files directly to the printer ( unless using Maintop rip).......you output as a .prt or .prn file, save to hard drive, then import into the Epson control software (sometimes this has an OEM name)...

I would check the cleanliness of the sides of the head as well.........should be kept clean by wiping with a swab soaked in cleaning fluid. John

Sorry to hear of your problems. I do not have uv or flatbed experience but have some with Chinese equipment. Start from the most basic things......test print? Head height? Head voltages correct? Wil be interested to hear how this pans out. John

If your printers calibration is correct bi direction cuts printing time in half. john

Photoprint is Flexisigns RIP............that was why I went for the Tjet so that I could continue to use Flexisign. You need to buy the manufacturers oem version to get drivers for the printer. John

My Chinese Tjet printer is the same......no automatic cleaning function. It is imperative that the capping station seal is perfect or you will have head drying out issues. John
