Last week we got a new Graphtec CE5000-120 plotter
Nice machine, except for the stand... or more specifically, the media roll holder
It has 3 slots for the bars
The narrowest is too narrow and the vinyl roll will (very easily) fall off of the bars
The middle widest is too wide and a roll with...
I really like "Impact" but I'm at the point that if I use it one more time, it'll wear out...
So, I'm looking for something that gives the same "feel"
Bold, strong, confident, fresh

After working for forever with Corel PhotoPaint, I'd like to give Photoshop a try

I'm having issues with getting the design oriented correctly
the cutting preview screen doesn't give a good representation on how the design will be plotted on the vinyl (90 rotation) specially when working with different media widths

I got me a set of fonts from Steve ( www.signfonts.com ) yesterday, and they're awesome
They sure get the inspirational juices flowing
Now I'll have to find a way to brace myself and not OVER use them

I also downloaded the service pack updates from the corel site, but upon trying to install SP1, I get a message that sayz I don't have the required software on my computer
