Anyone want to quote me out 54"x50ft with matte lam for indoor smooth painted drywall? Would prefer if it was all one length, no cuts with edges trimmed. No preference on brand as long as you have experience with it not failing on low voc indoor paint. Wall was painted 8mos ago.
I have a low miles HP L26500 (61") & a 54" Graphtec Plotter that I am looking to trade for a print & cut machine - either a Mimaki or a Roland. Most likely I will also need some $$ to even out the deal. I just want a fair trade for market value. I'm looking to save some space at the shop as...
I have a new L26500 and I'm having a few issues. The first 6-8in of every print job that is not back to back has a magenta tone with banding. The machine has a strong odor when printing - my employees complain that it smells terrible. By the time I left the shop last night, I had a pretty bad...
Nice! Mine came today too! Got it out of the box and set it up until the point where it needs to be flipped on it's wheels. I'll flip it over on Friday when my guys are in the shop.
Bridging and heating a sprinter panel with ij380 is actually one of the hands on tests if you go to get 3M certified. If you cut and drop it, it's an immediate fail. They do tell you that cutting and dropping is an acceptable method for certain installations, but Sprinter channels is not one...
Use ij380. It's really the only thing that stretches far enough and sticks well enough to get into the channels. You also have two other options you can try to feed the material in rather than stretching it, but it will still have problems in the corners and with pop-ups in the future...
I'm in the same boat. Looking for a 60+" laminator. The USTECH pricing is tempting. So is the Willamette although with the limited feedback on here I am leaning towards the USTECH. It would sure beat spending $10k on a machine that does the same thing with the same result.
Actually I was originally quoted about $28k for a 26500, Flexi and a heat assist 65" Royal Sovereign Lam ($20k of that being printer). Then I found a place that would sell me the 26500 for $15k. Now a place that will sell for $14k.
The used stuff was $13,200 for 25500 & cold lam. Now that I...
For every piece of art, there will always be a critic. I personally think they are amazing. It's unfathomed in my mind and I can't begin to comprehend how he is able to paint in such a way.
