Problem Solved :) Hi All, Thought I should give you an update as to how this problem has been fixed... very simple really!! The "emulate" settings on the Summa had reset to default (DM/PL), I merely needed to set this back to HP-GL. Now all is back to normal, & working a treat! Cheers, Ed.

Hi Tony, I am using the "output selected" option in Composer. The .PRM files are turning up wherever the .PLT file is saved - not in Queue or some other Temp file. Thanks!

Every time I send a job to cut a .PRM file is created - which is normal - but since I've updated to 2.5 these files don't automatically delete themselves when completed. So, I'm ending up with lots and lots of .PRM files everywhere!! Is there some checkbox I need to tick? Some setting I need...

We use CMYK. Just thought it was the thing to do since the printers are CMYK... We don't have any large format printers ourselves (we sub it out), but we once had a photo printed which we had sent in RGB... it looked awful. The magenta had grouped up together and looked blocky. I have no idea...
