I appreciate the help...That properties tab is just for selecting the plotter and the interface...it's attached none-the-less...as are all the others...including the knife tab.
Thanks again,
Mike
I did not fix the issue thanks for replying. I do see overlap but I believe that is for if I need to tile something...I did select this option with .05 (up to .08) as the value but it didn't do a thing...like I said I believe this option is for tiling...
Konichiwa??? haha. Good to know. :thankyou:
Tangental emilation switched on? Uhhh I don't think so - When I select Tangental there are numbers 1-8 and it looks like 1 is selected...:frustrated:
The only thing that has worked so far is # 7! lol.
I don't see an overcut feature using cutting master 2 but I will look again.
I tried a shallower blade depth last week but I will try again now with the new blade and holder.
Even super slow it still leaves the nub.
I've never had a...
A circle, then a sequence of circular numbers/letters (o0OQq):
Font is Myriad Pro - right click create outlines...nothing fancy
Output (Nubs circled - as if you couldn't tell lol):

Why would this offset issue surface after all this time? I've never had...
Blade was a little notchy in the holder so I cleaned everything - no change. I got a new blade holder and the blade definitely spins smoother but still getting nubs. SO, new blade, spring, and blade holder and no change. The "test" triangle shows a smooth cut. I've tried all the offset and...
I ran the plotter test and have highlighted some questionable areas...

I also plotted it on vinyl and the "R" and "C" have noticeable nubs...in the same areas highlighted in the scan above.
The head and everything is tight and fluid. I realized no one...
At first I thought it was the art...but it's not...It seems to be just about anything with curves. I can create a simple circle and there is a nub left wherever the plotter decides where to start that circle...
Blade is clean, holder is clean and tight
Just plotted the same art with the pen...
Blade holder looks ok, rollers seem fine blade is decent...Really annoying.
Using the test button yields a nice test triangle so offset value under condition seems right.
I played with the offset angle through the control panel of the plotter and I still get the "nub"...really annoying...
