AT YOUR OWN RISK.... I have found that filling the capping station with Acetone is a sure-fire way of dissolving any dried up ink that is clogging the waste lines, but DO NOT let it sit in there more than a few minutes. And, flush it out with several cleanings and them empty the waste tank...

I have the 62" printer and 64" cutter package from Signwarehouse. I've not had any problems with the cutter and would buy again. The printer gives nice quality but it is not very fast; about 20 sq' per hour at 720x720.

Flexi is what came with mine and, other than this issue, I've been pretty happy with it.

I've been very pleased with it. It's all I use now. It does, however, have a bit more of a solvent odor to it than the OEM ink.
