I swapped out the captop with the unused head last night and again, same result.

just out of curiosity, could the tip that the damper connects to on the head be bad and is it possible to change just that part? I have 4 dead heads here in the shop. could save me a bundle on purchasing a new head.

thanks for the feedback, I will try the heat settings. I have been printing on orajet 3641 but the wrap was on MacTac bubble free cast. I am using third party inks (Lyson) and have had no real problems. :)
