    I actually installed Flexi on my lap top, same operating system, no good! And to add insult, I spent $40 on a serial to USB adapter, it showed on Comm 4 but would not work....curious if it has anything to do with the last Windows Update.

    Help! I have been running Flexisign Pro 7 for years and all of the sudden the production manager will not recognize my USB port? I am using Windows 7 64 bit and a Summa D75. Windows recognizes the plotter because I can cut using Summa Cut through Illustrator, not sure what happened, please...
