It's just strange because my 24", 54" and 63" banners all work just fine. Only occasional problems. I may need to just upgrade my 36" banner to avoid this. It's just frustrating.

I downloaded the profile, but how do I get it to my machine? I've always used the presets and adjusted as needed. I don't know how to access profiles not already on the machine.
We've done both forward and reverse. Nothing stuck. All other sizes of banner print just fine. It is just the 38" roll. I can't even get thru a 10' banner. Right now we are using Duratex from Grimco, but have used their previous brand of banner and it did the same thing. Seems like my setting...

VanderJ -- I loosened those screws and pushed the motor back as far as I could. Now the head does much more than just move an inch or two, but, it still gives the error message while trying to run left and right to verify the media. This is fantastic news to me...
