    I did find a black spot on one of the head cables that look like a short. I picked at it very lightly and I could see the wire. The rub was about where the edge of the protector cover on the board sits.

    Cleaned Cable Ends I cleaned the ends of the cables. I didn't see anything out of the ordinary. Where you plug the cable in on the heads they were nice and clean. More than some others I have anyway.

    I had two heads stop firing during production. Both are on the same group. I did a test print and two colors were completely missing. Is it the fuse blown or should I check the head cables first? I'm thinking it is not the cables, but it might be worth a try. It's just odd that four cables...

    Sheet Set Error Set Again (Problem Fixed) Got the parts in today. When you get a Sheet set error set again error on a XJ-540 all the problem will be is the paper side sensor board. Changed it out works great. Thanks for all of your impute though.

    Rechecked Alignment I rechecked the alignment. I miss one little thing. Works great. I will not miss that again. You learn by your mistakes. Thanks guys for keeping me straight.
