  1. How would I go about reinforcing DiBond?

Oh, it's two sided, about 2' x 10' long and they have it hanging from metal loops that those clips go through. I can't imagine a worse way to hang it, but that's what we have to deal with.
  2. How would I go about reinforcing DiBond?

Thanks for the replies! I think I'll give grommets a try this time around! Can I use the standard grommets I use for banners or do I need to search for deeper ones?
  3. How would I go about reinforcing DiBond?

That was my first thought but I wasn't sure how well those would hold up. It's certainly worth a shot.
  4. How would I go about reinforcing DiBond?

A customer ordered some signs on dibond and specified the holes to be used. I assumed they were being bolted to a bracket, as they really should be, but no, they are hanging them with clips. I'm showing what they are doing on the pictures, one of them is torn almost all the way through, the did...

  6. Box Truck install question

That looks very handy, kinda pricy for one time use though. Then again, I might be able to use it for my house painting project for later this year...

  10. Box Truck install question

I have a couple of box trucks to finish up and I used scaffolding to be able to reach everything on the sides and back, but I can't for the life of me figure out how to get to the front of the box that's right behind and above the cab. I don't think that climbing on the cab itself would be a...
  11. What type of laminator to get?

Why is everyone selling their enduralams?
  12. Sign material help please

Ok, any idea where I can get some of these made? I can't print on rigid material.
  13. Sign material help please

It's not very good, but in person, the background looks like brushed aluminum.
  14. Sign material help please

I'm pretty sure it's brushed aluminum vinyl, my guess would be it has opticlear double sided adhesive on it, then adhered to the acrylic. I'm not sure where to get the brushed aluminum vinyl, especially one that can be printed on using my HP Latex printer.
  15. Sign material help please

    It's 6"x6". I thought I had a picture, but it's gone!
  16. Sign material help please

Well, the backing looks like a brushed aluminum finish.
  17. Sign material help please

I'm trying to replicate a clients sign. It looks like metallic vinyl with the lettering printed on it, then has adhesive on it and applied to acrylic. So basically, you are looking through the acrylic to see the image. The whole thing appears to be stuck to the wall with a double sided adhesive...
  18. L25500 Form Feed And Cut

I'm having the same issue, I thought it was set on the onyx rip but I can't find that option anywhere.
  19. Need Help I'm looking for someone to cut some vinyl.

Thx. I'm currently running an HP 25500, with the work we do, we really haven't had much call for contour cutting, but if there was an affordable option, we'd certainly consider that.
  20. Need Help I'm looking for someone to cut some vinyl.

The friend I had that cut my vinyl passed away from lung cancer. I don't do much vinyl, but I did just get an rfq for a customer that simply wants black vinyl lettering on his truck. Total is probably 48" x 120" if I can shoehorn it all in there. I'm looking for someone that can cut that for...
