    cutting strip is new as well... it mostly does it in the middle of the printer. There's a clicking sound when the feed goes back and forth quickly.

    I have a Roland SC540 and my cutter is giving me headache. No matter how I setup the offset/force or speed it does the same thing. It doesnt connect all the edge cut. I have change the blade holder and the blade is new as well.

    I'm having problem printing big black spot color. At the 3/4 of the paper there are small scratch on the paper. Manual clean done, new wipers... I dont know what else to look for ? Thanks for your help

    I changed the cutting stripe I noticed it was very old. I also have new 60 degrees blade and I did a cutcontour then Perfcut. It gave me better result but still its not as crisp as my small Graphtec vinyl cutter

    the blade holder is rotating ? I didnt know that. I have a new cutting strip, new blade. I'm gonna buy a new blade holder since there nothing else that I know of I could check.

    seems like a media problem to me too, because it doesnt happen with other products... The guy who install my wraps prefer to work with avery so that's why I use it.

    yes the ink is soaking through. Its eco solvent so I guess its supposed to be compatible.

    well it doesnt happen everywhere on the media... only some spot does that. I've noticed the ink went through the media. I mean that we can see the red behind the paper.
