We use the 258 ink set and I have just dropped my first nozzle after 2 years of steady printing. Just to clarify, I have dropped plenty of nozzles, but this one looks like its gone for good. Still prints fine though.
We are still having some adhesion issues on some materials even after moving...
We find that UV ink can build up pretty significantly in certain areas of prints and that using heat can help get the laminate "down" in those tented areas where printed area meets non-printed area.

I've definitely mucked around with an array of tension strengths. Doesn't seem to matter too much.
I just removed the two lamp housings and just rotated the wheel that is responsible for opening/closing the shutters.
Pretty hard to tell, but they both seem fairly smooth...

We have an Arizona 480GT with IJC258 ink set.
While printing using the roll function, we are having some major issues with banding.
Seems to be way better and not very noticeable when printing the same image on the flatbed.
Head tests are all perfect before and after I stop the print...
Pro-Tip
When printing on Lexedge or materials like it(I realize that is just white vinyl), don't soak your cloth in alcohol and wipe the print side with it......
It makes the print coating super sticky and unprintable.
Don't ask me how I know this....
I typically try to let them cure as much as possible. Always 24 hours minimum.
If you could let me know the results of that 467 test on layered printed lexan, that would be amazing.
Anyone have any luck printing on polycarbonates?
