  1. Trouble with our Graphtec FC8000-130

    I am new to this machine so I am not sure whats going on but when we cut a file out it cuts fine in the middle but the left side it actually cut through the backing paper and the right side it doesn't even cut through the top layer. what would cause this? Does it need a new blade? Thanks
