I would be approaching this differently. I would apply your prints with over laminate as normal to Aluminum composite panel and using a strong bond anti mould wet area glue then attach them to the wall that way, I wouldn't even tackle applying print media to the tiles. Too many things could go...

I read a response from a sign company in South Australia and they said the same thing, they placed a heater under the printer pointing toward the motherboard to warm it up and that helped, it is winter here at the moment so I will definitely try that, like tomorrow!
