Hi there,
one of our printer has been down for a couple years and I would like to use it for cutting until it is fixed or sold. Is there a way I can just use it as a plotter and not a printer? It won't let me do anything until I put ink cartridges in it!
Thanks:)

Hello,
I have a problem with fuzzy cyan shadows on my prints. I recently did a head alignment in service mode and my light cyan was blurry in my DT1 tests and gone in the DT3 tests. I did a regular print text and everything looks fine. I have done several cleanings. Any suggestions?:banghead...
did a head alignment in service mode.. fixed it! except my light cyan was to hard to read on the DT1 tests and non existent on the DT3 test? Print test says its fine.. but it's leaving a shadow on anything containing light cyan..
Thanks for your reply! I did head alignments.. calibration ect. It seems to be off on one side anywhere black meets any color. When standing in front of the printer the there is a white gap to the right of the black where ever it meets a color.
This logo is supposed to be teal. Something is definitely off! My roland xc-540 is doing a lot of strange things but this is the newest. Any suggestions?
Thanks for all your help! I've never been on a forum lol. Just the black ink on the media looks fuzzy and it looks shadowy all around anything black in the image.
Thanks!!
Yes this was the initial issue. I noticed my reds were appearing pinkish so I was trying to find an option in the menu where I could possibly pump the colors through. The cartridges are full. I used a syringe to suck yellow into the dampers. It appears the lines are full with no gaps...
Hi All:)
I have accidentally put my printer into ink fill mode so it wants me to pull out cartridges and put in cleaning cartridges ect.. Is there a way to bypass this process?
