    Funny thing is when I print black.. like 100% black it looks awesome, no banding, no nothing.. but give me light grays or blues and it all goes to Hell. You can see every finger print and ever scratch, blows my mind!!!

    Do you mean the manifold housing or dampers? I remember once, the technician also replaced a housing on top of the manifold (looked like a round black washer of sorts that got inserted on top of the housing). If possible can you link me to a picture?

    by "filter" I assume you mean dampers... I've replaced the dampers 3 times already in a time span of 2-3 months... Same problem, all the other colours print 100%, except yellow. Blows my mind!

    The LEJ 640 I'm using is like 3 months so far, and it has given me NOTHING but problems since day one!!!! If it wasnt the sheets that fed skew leading to skew prints and unwanted head strikes, it was the Yellow constantly disappearing! I swear we've done everything from: -changing the dampers...

    Yeah they did tell me, thanks. I shake it every morning.. Maybe I should just shake it for longer or something.. Oh well... Guess we'll sort it out eventually. It's just such a shame that the printer feels like wasted money when a everyday flat bed does it one shot with no hassles.

    Yeah, makes sense. Just such a headache to go through so much effort when trying to do a basic white print. One would think they'd make variations to make it more convenient.

    Hmm... well I set the white on high quality and to return to origin for a second coat but its still not solid. are you saying that a 80-90% is the best I'm going to get?

    Hi, we recently bought a Roland LEJ 640 and have been playing around with its features for a while. Just to notice we are struggling to get the darn thing to give us a perfect paper white like print. Most of the time its opal or a complete see through print all together. Anyway to fix this? Thanks
