Thanks for the help. Was able to change it in the cutter control. It changed the model number, but we are still getting a "Pinch Roller Not Found Error, Turn Power Off" message. I guess I will have to make another post for this error now.

We just tried sending to the same printer from a different computer as well and it is still timing out. Our other same exact printer connected to the same network does not have this issue. Is there a setting somewhere on the printer itself that we may be missing?
