The only thing it states is model "S160T" and the ROM revision. I'm guessing the control panel has some hidden sub-menu with more information?

I was in a different department back then, but the documentation I have related to the machine indicates we bought it from Summa. Since that was back in December 2009, it is well past the 3-year warranty.
