Hi, the issue could be the sensor boards behind the inks in the printer. It could also be ink in the air lines. It could also be dirty contacts.

Hi I would go with the 315 as it works with the rip software and it also uses the larger 775ML ink cartridges.

Hi That is a great unit, I guess it really depends more on your needs. Most pros are going with the 365 at 64". But if you're ok with a 54" unit, then yes, the 315 would be a great choice.

Hi, we know everything about those units. We have about about a dozen of them for sale now. Plus all parts and supplies. Your issue could be a few things...dirty contacts in the back where the inks go into, ink in the airlines but that usually gives you a code, air in the ink lines...

please remember that the unit has a guide on the right side where the material must be aligned with. then the sensor will read the edge of the material on the left to detect the width. thx Plottermaster
