    So the plastic piece around the the little key at the end of the takeup roll broke (no employee seems to know how it happened). Looking for just that part (pic attached)...I can find the bar ($700 ish) and I can find the little metal key but not the plastic piece. Any help would be great, thanks.

    Glavin_ID...ours seems to be like that but its telling us it cant fill the head. Looks like we have ink running to it but its saying its empty. We will try your cleaning and see how it goes...thanks!
