Thank you for the imput.....I have no idea who you are speaking about pertaining to FB....I admit I made a huge mistake "Trusting" from simple chats.....my first experience buying from China was awesome...but that company didn't sell the larger format UV printer so did the best I could to vet...

Although prices appear good on Alibaba stay away. They promise a lot but dont deliver and Alibaba has no desire to help you. Pay a little more and avoid the scams and trouble of being scammed. This is from someone who experienced the scams first hand.

I just noticed they included software called wellprint also....not the first bit of instruction on setup and use for anything from them. I'm guessing that rip software is printer specific or can one purchase a good rip software and set it up for any printer?

Thanks Troy, nice to know I wasn't singled out....not that I thought that anyways.....Ive learned a lot going through this venture and learned its very common practice as they seem to know the process to recover any loss is extremely time consuming. I still don't have this printer put together...

Oh without a doubt.....the saving are huge...even with the additional grey hair this ordeal has created in my life....but again with that being said...that is all dependent on getting up and running and printing perfectly....that I think is going to be a long road. Once that is done, keeping it...

Sadly I did try that....and the bank actually did try to recall the payment..but those folks over there have it down all in their favor of course. They drag out delivery forever, took over four months to get it delivered, so the banks time period If I remember correctly was 90...

I tried that Greg....the only person I could find was out in California....and I'm in Florida....and this guy doesn't sell them...but he too was taken by this supplier....but he again is Chinese and his English made it very difficult for him and I to communicate.

LOL....I actually tried twice to purchase this printer...the first time the credit card payment wouldn't go through on their end....so nope....did a direct bank transfer. I knew better but did it so I accept that I will lose in this deal....just trying to save my self respect!....NOT!
