  1. Looking for Petebilt 389 Template

Shutterstock has a 389 that looks clean, not sure of the angle you need but here's the ID: 1264486579. Can check out image 688209892 as well (same artist).
  2. Printing on metal is chipping

Luckily in this case the texture is up to us. We purchased a bottle of AP3155 a while back when we were running LUS-series ink. I'll give that a try too - thanks!
  3. Printing on metal is chipping

The humor is much appreciated LOL!
  4. Printing on metal is chipping

    I'll give it a try - thanks!
  5. Printing on metal is chipping

We need these blanks to react to magnets. Etching solution may have to be the way we go, or simply push to have them sandblasted (or otherwise textured) before we get them.
  6. Printing on metal is chipping

Alcohol was used to clean the blanks prior to printing (and gloves are worn during the whole process). Yes, the metal is at room temp which is roughly mid 70s. We're in S FL so no chance of "real" cold affecting them! Not sure if higher humidity would cause an issues (we don't experience any...
  7. Printing on metal is chipping

Lamps are in great condition and are set to the proper temps. The printer is kept in pristine shape, ours is not a standard print shop, we only run jobs for our in-house projects (we build skill based arcade games) 99% of our flatbed printing is on acrylic, glass and occasionally MDF or paper...
  8. Printing on metal is chipping

GM! I need to print full color art (detailed) onto thin, stainless steel blanks. Running JFX200 Mimaki with LH100 series ink. The printing is coming out beautiful but when these blanks are put into application (which is inside of an arcade game where they tumble & strike), it does not take long...
  9. Print on clear for lighted application

Hi! Can you explain how the prints are looking? Is the quality bad, are there lines, is it too light or dark? We do large format printing for backlit application & have never used the term "-30" and my only guesses are 1. he's reducing the print by 30% in scale, or 2. he's physically slowing...
  10. Suggestions UV direct printing on glass

We print to glass & acrylic & use the AP3155 adhesion promoter/primer. It works well, the key is to take your time and clean the glass, then wipe on the primer and wipe off the excess using clean cloths. The downside is if you don't apply it evenly, streaking can occur.
  11. Need Help JFX200-2513 Ink Heater Thermistor issues

Thank you for your help! You are correct, the entire print head must be changed. I've already look for a replacement thermistor. I'll change my focus to the print heads again.
  12. Need Help JFX200-2513 Ink Heater Thermistor issues

Yes, heater relay board. The heads were replaced a while ago and the machine doesn't sit idle except on weekends. The prompt doesn't indicate which head is throwing the error. The error is a daily occurrence and comes up after the machine has been running for a length of time. Print quality is...
  13. Need Help JFX200-2513 Ink Heater Thermistor issues

We've had our JFX200 up & running for well over a year and are experiencing two issues. The first is error 715 (ink heater thermistor), it comes up daily and requires a shut down and restart. We've had the service tech attempt multiple repairs and it's still an issue. They (service) are now...
