  6. Need Help SS21 Chips.

    Can anyone help. The chips im using for the SS21 inks on the JV33-160's keep saying low ink. My light black chip is saying its completley empty yet i reckon i have 70% of the ink remaining. Is there any way i can get the chips rest? Any help would be great.
