Found out thru Sign Warehouse the software that goes with printer cutter package only prints and contour cuts. DOES NOT CUT PLOT...LXi 22 has different versions.

My new LZi 22 software program does not have a cut plot tool in preferences. In production manager my cutter is there in setups and does do a test cut. Trying to figure it out, thanks for any input.

Was doing head soak on Mutoh VJ 1204...My ink cartridges went empty over night...How can i keep head from drying up while I wait a couple of days for ink to get shipped to me...

Ok I put this printer in sleep mode to do cleanings every 12 hrs...also there seems to be a hum is that normal?

Was wondering if i would hurt anything to leave this printer powered up so it could do its automatic head cleanings.

Had broken hose on black side of pump on prism jet and lost track of the routing of the hose does any one have schematic on the routing of the pump hoses....also is there a GENERIC HOSE that would work on these pumps...thanx for your help

did the waiting 30 mins help...the ride from west virginia to texas...has seemed to straighten mine out believe that...tech said they can find nothing wrong did all kind of test...lot of money for nothin...machine gonna be bac monday...we will see

it seems now that the motherboard may have had a glitch, will find out when i get machine back...so now if anyone has problem like i had unplug power source for 30 minutes... mother board will reset itself...ouch!!! tech did not tell me this til today...

seems that the y motor is junk in the q-100...my machine 2.5 years old shot have questions for signwarehouse yet to be answered ...cost arm and leg to get fixed...sad...never again

jus to let every one know jus got off phone with signwarehouse warranty ran out in feb have to pay for shipping of machine both to and from pay for repair at 120.00 per hour and parts possibly motherboard issue machine not quite 2.5 years old wow.... have to get roland cutter back out thank god...
