I am newer to this machine but i manage many other digital printers. I have been on this machine for a few months and i have a stack of solid test prints. We usually run this machine non-stop but have had a few months down time. When i came back to run the machine as i did before the test prints...
The picture says it all. This was a test print done immediately after manually cleaning the heads. Prints are still coming out looking fine though. How can I fix this?

Have a problem with some black ink miss fire. We have soaked and soaked the head and cleanings. When we run a nozzle check, the second set of bars for black are missing about 70%. We replaced the black dampers, but did notice that the new damper for one of the blacks didn't fill all the way up...
