I'm sitting on a TS100-1600 printhead. I am trying to sell it, and have it posted on Ebay and its getting no traction, even at $500 off.
I could keep it, but i dont know how long it will stay moist outside of its foil vac seal package. I could vac seal it again, its still in the rest of the...
Foremost thanks in advance for any assistance you may offer. Recently our machine gave me a negative p. over error. This has only occurred one other time in the over two years of having the machine. So according to manual's procedure I attempt to adjust the pressure. Negative pressure will never...
Discussing with the boss on whether or not to give these a try and I didn't see mention of this in the Jetbest FAQ (or I misunderstood). Do ALL bottles need to be changed out simultaneously or can they run side-by-side with Mimaki inks until the older bottles run out? Thanks for any help!
Hi,

I have replaced the transistors as required, that was no issue.
Measuring all transistors they are all reading the same as each other now but TP5 still open circuit to gnd.
Try to power it up anyway with new slider boards...
Hello, how are you?
I'm from Mexico. Maybe my translation isn't very good, but I hope I can make myself understood.
A month ago, the magenta head 1 started to leak while I was printing. I've already cleaned it and nothing. The problem continues and it's staining the vinyl. People tell me that...
I've been running into an issue with the corners on my perf cuts coming out real jagged on these particular stickers. I've tried different blades, pressures, etc. but nothing seems to fix it. I've been working with a swivel blade on a gold-leaf vinyl sticker material with black ink. The blade is...
I am selling a Mimaki CJV150-75 printer plotter and Royal Sovereign Laminator. My business has gone in a different direction and I am selling to buy new equipment.
Both have been garaged used for the last two years. The head and dampers were recently replaced through American Print Consultants...

Looking to upgrade my stand/table for my mimaki ujf 3042 mkii.
Anyone have success with a sturdy table/stand that they could share a link for Or have one for sale?
Trying to not have to buy mimaki’s OEM.
I’m looking to grease/oil up my mimaki UJF 3042 mkii. I just found that Molykote by Dow Corning is what I need to use. Does anyone know what product number that works best with their mimaki? I was told that I want to use Molykote but I don’t know the model or product number, there’s several and...
G'day everyone,
Been reading the forums and trying to work out whether or not I can use an ali-express "unlocked" refurb head on my 2012 mimaki CJV30-160.
I've seen remarks regarding lock versions and decoder chips etc. And because I'm scouting threw so many threads I've found it really...
Hello everyone,
I have a Mimaki UJF 3042 MKii UV Printer that will only let me JIG print on the right-half of the jig/table. ERROR 505 WORK HIGH keeps popping up. I read that I need to balance the flatbed/physical adjustments FIRST and then work on the calibrations of the laser... Well, since...
I greet you
We have a Mimaki and operate it with the vacuum OPT-J0217 from Mimaki.
Now this device is too weak for our application and we need a more powerful one. As far as I know, there is a more powerful one from Mimaki, but the performance offered is too low for the price, so we would...
Hi All,
Currently we have a JFX200 machine in our shop. It is getting pretty old and we are looking to upgrade. We are a smaller shop focusing on print quality and color consistency first. The current ink setup is CMYK,WH,CL (LUS-150 for color/white LH-100 for clear). I mainly print on Acrylic...
I've been trying for a while to get an older UCJV300-160 up and running again. My current problem is ink pooling on the underside of the left printhead ( stage right ). I'll call it HEAD 1.
So far, I've replaced the following:
1. All the ink lines / tubes ( MP-M018909 )
2. Cap bases (...
Hi everyone,
I’m encountering an issue with a DX5 printhead, and I hope someone here can help.
I’m a service technician and have personally replaced over 100 printheads, so I’m familiar with the process. In this case, I’ve ensured that the new head ID was properly entered each time.
I...
Thought I might start a thread on 3D printed parts you might need for your Mimaki.
Mimaki HQ here wanted $150 ea for the fume extraction fittings. I had one of the original and thought I could atleast try to print it.
Here's the file. It should also accomodate any other machine with the...
I installed Onyx Go Plus today, and despite no apparent documentation being available (for free), I've worked my way through it so far. But I've encountered some issues/questions that I'm hoping someone can help with.
1. I have selected the driver for my JFX200-2513EX. There seem to be only 2...
Hello again everyone. I was finally on to printing and cutting various test pieces, and now getting this error after having made a rushed decision to kill a cutting job by opening the door.
Here is what happened:
- I was testing cutting some prints and had reloaded a sheet back into the machine...
I hope you are all doing well. I have recently gotten into UV printing with a Mimaki UCJV300 roll-to-roll printer and trying to understand as much as I can.
I could not find posts that talk in depth about the variations between the 3 inks the printer supports, the procedures that you must use to...
