  3. Need Help JV5-160S Y Base alignment error

    My JV5-160S printer is ready for alignment, the only issue is that when I do Y base alignment I get different results without even adjusting the alignment. I think this could be a X-axis issue but am not sure. I have cleaned the encoder strip controlling the X-Axis with no luck. Any Suggestions?

    hi am having this problem with a mimaki jv3 250sp when setting the head thin or thick and performing a test the 7 vertical patterns only match in the minus section.how can I adjust this. or is this normal. does anyone have the manual for service more so I can perform more test.
