printhead change

  1. Just replaced both print heads (OEM) on my SG-300, now it won't print anything

    Am I missing something? The ink is pumping through the lines just fine. It still just prints absolutely nothing. Please help!

    Hi Everyone - Any help on this would be appreciated. We have recently installed some new printheads in our Mimaki TS500-1800A however these are only compatible with printers running version 3.8 or higher and our printer currently has Firmware version 3.6 which is resulting in strange printing...
