Hi Everyone - Any help on this would be appreciated.
We have recently installed some new printheads in our Mimaki TS500-1800A however these are only compatible with printers running version 3.8 or higher and our printer currently has Firmware version 3.6 which is resulting in strange printing behaviour.
From what I have read, we need FW UpdateTool3 to upgrade the firmware of our machine, as when we use The Firmware Update program Version 1.1 we get an error message stating "Your printer has the special version of firmware or it is a printer that cannot be updated by this application".
Can someone point me in the right direction of where we can get the Version 3 Update Tool as I cant seem to find it anywhere.
