Question 0002 error code

I did a manual cleaning this morning on my truvis sg300. Everything went fine. Also replaced a couple of pinch roller.
Went to print and things were going normal but when printing stops and gets ready to cut weed border the 0002
error comes up. Any thoughts?

Is that a motor error or a service call error? Like Cornholio says, a picture of the error would be helpful.
