038 service call message

Hi, I'm getting the 038 service call of few seconds into my wiper tray cleaning. I'm just hitting enter right now and going on with my printing.
Time for tray cleaning comes up when system is turned on. Anything I can fix? Truvis Sg300 printer

Okay, replaced the filler sensor. Same thing. Should I do the filler pump next?

I recently had this issue and replaced multiple filler sensors without fixing and what worked was I powered off connected a syringe to the line after the clamp line and sucked out all the fluid, then did the tray cleaning and it worked. Can't guarantee it will work for you, but it might.

Okay, didn't know there was more than one filler sensor. Is this the line from the pump at the back of the printer

It's in the front. You'll need to remove the cover in front of the capping station to access it all.
