1 Shot paint and food / health concerns

Hi everybody,

I m new to the forum and I m making signs for maybe 1 year now =)

A bakery wants me to make signs for them, of which some of them would lay ontop of breads in baskets (as shown in the picture)

I usually use 1 shot paint and have read online, that is has some really unhealthy stuff in it..

Are there any health concerns for dry paint getting in contact with food?

here is a picture: https://imgur.com/TCuGubu

Thanks a lot and best regards,

Alfons

Today's 1-shot, no problem, but why not use a paint pen or something you can control better and keep consistency in your lettering, if you wanna do it by hand ??

Thanks for your post, Gino!

The signs shown in the picture are made by the owner of the bakery, which should get replaced..
